This is 10 minutes from Penrith on the main A686.

We are in the beautiful lake District, in the Eden Valley and are overlooked by the fantastic Pennine Chain (mountain range)

My name is Carol Jeffreys, and my passion is animals. I have worked for the emergency services for 29 years, but am now living my dream, that is working with animals in a stunning setting. I have owned German Shepherds since 1982, purely as companions. I neither show nor breed.

I know the pain and anguish caused by leaving your furry friends behind when going away, whether on business or holidays. I have not been on a holiday without feeling guilty, upset, and worried about my dogs. I have not been away since 2005 due to this. I aim to cater for people like me, and give your animals all the love and care they deserve. This means you can leave them feeling guilt free, and enjoy your break.

They have been known to "grow thumbs" and text you to keep you updated on their stay !!!
